I opened a admin ticket today because i wanted high admin to come and say hello for the achivement of Grand chain and he tells me that if im "Lucky you will get it" what exactly does that mean ?? I am not allowed to raise a ticket, im not allowed to go to the admin meeting tower spot and wait so how would i do this achivement ?? On top of this when i told him my query is not resolved he told me not to spam last warning i even asked if i could get a different admin to respond to this ticket he again told me not to spam ?? If he does not want to help kindly dont reply to me ticket there was no need of this arrogance.

if he does not want to explain it properly or help at all what is the point of him being an admin ? Or atleast let me contact other admin for help he did not even let me do that.
