I was placed under investigation and underwent a PC Check due to a POV req forum opened againts me , these checks revealed minus settings in the settings.xml file, resulting in a 60 days ban due to GR 4.1 ( Minus Settings ) during the PC Check .
I acknowledge that my PC Check result was correct and that the settings.xml file was incorrect . This was truly my mistake , I was playing a different RP game during this period, so this is my fault . I accept the punishment .
Approximately 1-2 hours after PC Check, another admin , Nik Payne, of my Under Investigation forum made the following decision “ Ban will be changed to Gen Rule 1.1 + 4.1 ( Minus settings ) + 1.4 , based on the check “ and closed the forum .
I am appealing the GR 1.1 and GR 1.4 bans because something wrong about this desicions. No one other than myself accessed my account, and I never shared my account with anyone. I changed my Rockstar account approximately 7-8 months ago, and of course, I created a technical forum for this. I am also certain that I do not have any other accounts besides the IDs I have listed below, because when I created my main account, I only had one email address. You cannot open two accounts with one email address. The ban states that I had an account before my main account, because both my main account and my Twink account were banned as Twink accounts. I believe a mistake has been made here, either unintentionally by the reviewer or a technical error.

I request a second review for the GR 1.1 and GR 1.4 bans. I have nothing to say about the GR 4.1 (Minus Settings) ban , this was my first PC check and it was entirely my fault, I apologize for that. I accept any wipe process to lift the bans and am ready to undergo a second PC check if deemed necessary.
