2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all, I want to be a leader because I have served in HC in many groups and have realized that I possess strong leadership skills. For this reason, I believe I am sufficiently prepared and experienced to be a leader in the future I have played in all gangs, illegal fam, and also in two media fam within the city, taking HC responsibilities and duties in all of them. Through these experiences, I learned how leadership and rules work, and I turned this knowledge into my goals. Thanks to the experience I gained in gangs and notably in families, I learned how to communicate with people and how to guide and lead them properly.
During my time in these fam and gangs, I also built a strong group of friends who will support me and help me in the organization that I will lead.
After I become leader, you can be sure that a brighter and stronger future awaits Ballas. Under my leadership, Ballas will dominate the ghetto, events, and districts. The entire ghetto will be painted purple, and anyone who isn't with us will enter the ghetto in fear. Similarly, I'm confident that we will be far more dominant against other organizations during events, and most importantly, that all districts will belong to us. I want my term to be the brightest period in Ballas's history, and the most fun and active period where everyone enjoys themselves. Furthermore, I already have an experienced and confident assistant and district team to support all these goals.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
⤷ First of all, I will not tolerance rule violations such as racism or similar behavior.
⤷ I will give my members short explanations about in-game and out-of-game rules in order to minimize rule violations.
⤷ I will build a successful and active staff team.
⤷ I will distribute sufficient bonuses during events and in the ghetto to keep members more motivated.
⤷ By achieving success in organization events (FZ raids, gang raids, battleship, car thief, clan events), I will create more motivated members, ensuring nobody gets bored of the roleplay and everyone will want to participate more.
⤷ I will create a spray team to maximize hourly earnings.
⤷ I will take control of all turf areas in the city.
