2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
A) Passion and Experience:
When I first came to the city, the first organization I ever joined was EMS. I learned a lot within the org by making friends and looking up to my HCS and leaders. In this journey, I got a liking to help people. Given a chance to lead with full authority, I would commit myself to the enhancement of training, professional work, and collaboration with other orgs more and more. I would strive to make EMS where it really belongs, of course, at the very top, one of the most respected and trusted organizations in the city.
B) My vision for growth and improvement:
One of the very main reasons i would like to be the leader of EMS is actually in my past experiences I have often witnessed that HRT department was lacking in some way or another when it comes to training. They seem to get poor and poorer every time I look to them, so i would personally look forward to make the trainings better and more reliable for the people who are learning and are going to be the future of EMS.

I have been motivated by my former chiefs and HCS to start my journey of leadership. I have learned from my pros and cons and i think i could start a journey of my own and keep my leadership skill on the line
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
A. I think we do have great roleplay within the organizational things, like blood donation camps and all are good examples, but before the past few terms, a new concept of therapy sessions was introduced by me, which was for focusing on the mental health of the people within the city, but it was never carried forward in the next terms, so I would also like to see it in action. I think EMS should not be just about physical problems but also for the people who are suffering mentally. I think this would increase roleplay drastically and improve overall roleplay within the organization.
B. As talking about increasing roleplay that within the organization it will be one of my very main goals, I have an idea of a plague situation in the game; it will be just like blood donation camps, not something that is actually happening but just roleplaying of it. This plague will spread around the city. I would collaborate with LI to telecast about this plague; people will come to SH or PH to check whether they have that virus or not, and our doctors will run all the IC roleplay tests and provide a certification. This checkup will cost $35,000.
