Shershah grew up in a small town near Los Santos. When he was just 12 years old, his older brother died suddenly from cardiac arrest. This tragedy completely changed his familyβs life. His father could not handle the pain and slowly became addicted to alcohol. Over time, the house became filled with anger, sadness, and violence. Growing up without love, support, or guidance, Shershah often felt lonely and lost. His fatherβs emotional and physical abuse pushed him away from home, and as a teenager, he started spending time with the wrong people. Eventually, he joined the Vipers gang because he was searching for protection, friendship, and a place where he felt accepted. During this time, he became involved in street fights and small crimes. After some time, Shershah realized that gang life was destroying his future. Wanting a better life, he made the difficult decision to leave the Vipers behind. He chose to live independently and focus on building a peaceful and honest future for himself.

Later in life, Shershah unexpectedly entered the EMS field. One day, he met his close friend Itachi, who was already working as a doctor in EMS. Seeing Shershahβs intelligence and potential, Itachi encouraged him to join the medical field. Since Shershah had always been talented in science and academics, he decided to give it a chance. He started as an EMS intern and worked extremely hard to prove himself. Through dedication, long hours of study, and determination, he slowly rose through the ranks and eventually became known as one of the best neurologists in the city. People respected him not only for his medical skills but also for his kindness and compassion toward patients. He became an inspiration, showing that someone from a painful past could still achieve greatness and help others. However, after years of success, Shershah slowly began to change. His difficult childhood and fear of being poor again turned into an obsession with money and power.Over time, his greed became stronger than his compassion.
This led to the rise of his darker side, known as βShershah Viper.β As Shershah Viper, he became focused only on building wealth and influence. He secretly made deals with large pharmaceutical companies and accepted money to promote expensive medications, even when cheaper and equally effective options were available. The caring doctor he once was slowly disappeared, replaced by a cold and calculating man who saw patients as opportunities for profit instead of people needing help.
