I have been gang leaders 3 times and recently I did another successful gang term with 100% turf and now I think I have done enough crime and now I wanted to contribute towards the law and order of the city.

I want to become the Leader of SAHP because i worked in sahp from many terms like mikey uchiha, zoro sataro,gazo matic and Ben term and I know how sahp works and now i want to become a leader of sahp is beacause it was my first organization which I joined in city when I come and I learned a lot from it that how leos workclose to my heart as it was the first organization I joined and learned a lot from it and now I think I got a lot of experience to lead SAHP and I can ensure that I will give my best and make sure that my term will be one of the most active SAHP term of Los Santos.

I have already shown my leadership skills by leading three gangs as a leader which proves that I have good leadership qualities and I can lead a whole organization properly with my leadership qualities.


From last few terms gangs are very active and roaming freely in the city without being arrested which proves that leo's are not active and I want to change this by making SAHP one of the most active for all day and night so they have to fear to of getting arrested and want to bring fear in all the gangs.


I saw many low ranks officer in SAHP and other legal organizations are not getting proper training and support from High commands and I want to change this by making a experienced HR team and dedicated highcommands so they work freely without doing rule break.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
- I will Conduct Ghetto Patrol Regularly.

- I will make sure to attend events like Prison Protection, Bank Robbery, Subs, Car theft.

- I will make sure that there is no toxicity and conflicts between the officers of my organization

- I will make sure that there is no favoritisam done by the high commands to trooper and low rank officer

- I will make sure that regular highway patrols are done and will bring fear of highway in gang members.

- Will work side to side and supporting other legal organizations as well so that we can maintain law and order in Los Santos.

- I will also host Regular IC Events For The Citizens.

1. My Journey in Grand RP​


My roleplay journey started about 6-8 months ago and I went through many ups and downs in this time. I had failures, betrayals, and tough situations, but I didn’t give up, I took each obstacle as fuel to improve myself and become stronger.


I started my career as a trainee in the LSPD, where I learnt the basics of discipline, communication, and professionalism. Through hard work, consistency, and dedication, I was promoted step by step until I reached the position of ACP in the same term. After that, I gained experience in multiple state organisations and high command positions, including FIB High Command, DOC Director, and Chief Commander.


I also led a crime organisation successfully, which helped me understand the criminal side of roleplay as well. This experience gave me deeper knowledge about gang activities, illegal operations, and how criminals think and operate. Because of this, I now have balanced experience in both state and crime organisations, which I believe is one of my biggest strengths as a future SAHP leader.


Throughout my journey, I always focused on improving roleplay quality, maintaining professionalism, and supporting my teammates. Every position taught me something valuable, and now I feel fully prepared to take responsibility for leading SAHP successfully.







2. Leadership Skills​


In my time in LSPD and SAHP High Command, I learned what real leadership looks like. Leadership is not about giving orders, it is about motivating people, creating discipline, solving problems and building trust in the organisation. I was in High Command where I worked with officers, dealt with tough situations, trained and kept department standards. These experiences made me a better decision maker, more patient and work under pressure. If elected as SAHP Leader, my main aim would be to create a professional, active and fair environment where every member feels respected and motivated. I want to build a department that promotes based on activity, performance and loyalty not favouritism or connections. I also want to bring: • Better training to the cadets and officers • Regular patrols & RP based operations • More active communication between the High Command and the workers • Fair promotion systems • Solid team work and discipline. • Public Events to Improve SAHP’s Image in the City I believe a leader should lead by example, and I am willing to give my full effort, time, and dedication to make SAHP one of the strongest and respected state organisations in the server. 3. Active and Hard-Working Nature My most important strength is my activeness and hard working mentality. I try to keep active and help out the organisation and help my team-mates where I can. I know a lot of leaders are highly motivated when they first come into office and then they go inactive or inconsistent over time. I want to be better than that. I want to keep students interested and motivated all term, not just at the start. I will keep all departments running through daily operations, patrols, events and communication to keep everyone on the same page.” And I'm a believer too in fairness and equality. I have seen too many cases of favouritism in organisations where deserving people are overlooked for promotion and others get the unfair advantage. I will never be a leader who condones favouritism. 3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.

3.1 Department Management​

To run an organisation successfully, every department has to be run by responsible and capable people. I will choose the department heads on the basis of their activity, leadership qualities, experience and dedication for the welfare of the organisation. I think that one of the most important parts of having a strong and stable SAHP is assigning responsibility to the right people.
Proper goals will be created and communicated and regular monitoring will be done to ensure smooth operation of each department. I will also personally mentor department heads and ensure professionalism, discipline and team work are maintained in their divisions.


3.2 Discipline, Fairness & Zero Toxicity​

"I believe discipline and respect are the foundation of any successful state organisation. “Anyone who creates un-necessary conflicts, spreads toxicity or destroys the environment of the organisation – internally or externally – will be taken to task strictly and may be asked to leave the organisation if necessary.
Favouritism will not be tolerated in my leadership.” No member will be discriminated against based on friendships or personal relationships. I want to build a healthy environment where everyone is respected, motivated and comfortable while doing their duties.


3.3 Promotion System & Motivation​

The ceremonies of promotion and systems of reward are the major factors of increasing the motivation and organisational growth. “I think that officers and cadets who are dedicated, honest, professional and hard working deserve the proper recognition for their efforts.
If I am your boss, merit will be the only basis for promotion, and employees will be rewarded for the following:

  • Discipline
  • Action
  • Loyalties
  • Role play quality
In addition, I will offer incentives, recognition events and appreciation ceremonies to motivate employees and maintain their morale. People work harder for the organisation when they feel appreciated for their efforts.

3.4 Relations with Other State Organizations​

As SAHP Leader I will maintain strong, professional relationships with all state organisations. Coordination and teamwork between the state organisations is very important to maintain law and order in the state.
I will make sure SAHP will actively cooperate with:

  • LSPD
  • FIB.
  • NG
  • EMS
  • Goverment
We will work together to conduct joint operations, city wide patrols, checkpoints, and special RP events to effectively combat criminal activities. Good communication between organisations will help to create a safer and more realistic roleplay environment for everyone.

3.5 Training & Law Education​

One of the most important things a leader has to do is training. "I will ensure daily law classes and practical training sessions for cadets so that they understand state laws, procedures and departmental protocols properly.
These sessions will assist cadets:

  • Increase professionalism
  • Learn proper RP procedures
  • Handle situations calmly
  • Respectfully communicate with citizens
  • Know legal processes properly

3.6 Activity & Organization Management​

I will ensure that the SAHP lobby and other key posts are constantly manned by active officers. One of my key priorities will be to maintain the activity in the organisation.
I will do this by:

  • Regular patrols
  • Set up check points
  • Schedule live shifts
  • • Ensure proper coordination between departments
  • Monitor inactivity carefully
I will also work to reduce mistakes and improve efficiency within the organisation. Well run and active organisations provide better roleplay for both state employees and civilians.

3.7 Raising the Standard of Roleplay​

“Being in a leadership role, I know that people follow the lead of their leaders. Which means personally, I will maintain high quality roleplay standards and professionalism, at all times.
I want to not only complete the weekly requirements but also to improve the overall RP quality of the SAHP. I want the officers to focus on realistic interactions and proper procedures and meaningful roleplay not just the bare necessities of the job."
I believe with good leadership, discipline and consistency, SAHP can become one of the most professional and respected organisations on the server.

# 2. Why you want become leader of this organization?

I want become SAHP leader because legal factions always interested me more. Most of my server time was spent in legal side and because of that i already understand how faction works and what problems usually happen inside it.

I also already had good positions before. I was ACP in LSPD 2 times, USSS Director 2 times and FIB AD 1 time. From there i learned many things like handling members, keeping faction active, solving internal issues and managing situations properly.

One thing i noticed is sometimes legal factions become very inactive. People just stand in HQ, dont patrol and dont take roleplay seriously anymore. I dont want SAHP become like that. I want members stay active, do patrols, checkpoints and create more roleplay situations around city and highways.

Another reason is because many new members dont get proper help after joining. Some people dont even know basic radio calls or traffic stop rules and then they leave faction after few days. I want improve training system and make HR team more active so new players can learn everything properly.

I also believe faction should not have favoritism. If somebody works hard and stays loyal to faction then they deserve promotion and respect. Activity and behavior should matter more than friendships.

My goal is just to make SAHP active again and create good environment where members enjoy staying in faction.

- I have been in this city for a long time, this time has given me the opportunity to gain experience in various state factions. Now I want to use that experience to lead a faction, and make the best out of my leadership. I will make the best use of my experience and skills to make SAHP the best legal faction of its time.

- I have a strong desire towards the contribution of removal of illegal activity in the state. I have seen legal organisations being inactive and facing backlash for it. In my term I will make sure there are always units ready to respond to situations and for patrolling. I will have an organisation which follows server rules and maintains a high level of roleplay quality. This implementation will help in an immersive roleplay experience.

- I prefer SAHP over other legal factions as it was my first organisation when I first joined the city (project). So I always like the work of this org, it has whole of blaine county under its jurisdiction, this gives the org a huge responsibility to maintain law and order in majority of the state. I will try to foster positive relations with other legal orgs, so we together can coordinate better which will help in fighting crime in the state.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- The position of HC (high command/higher ranks) will be given only to people who have advanced knowledge of server rules as they will have to lead the org in th absence of leader/deputy, when given such a big responsibility, it is essential for them to know how to prevent rulebreaks and conduct successful roleplay.

- People who will be hired, must have essential knowledge of server rules, so that there are minimum rulebreaks from the orgs side. Which enhance the roleplay quality of the org.

- All members of the organisation will be have to be professional when representing their org, everyone will have to respect fellow members and create a positive and friendly environment within the org.

- Toxicity withing the org will be strictly forbidden, it is absolutely essential that all members present themselves in a respectful manner.

- Members will have to be active (especially hcs), this rule is not negotiable, they will have to work hard and contribute their best towards the org.

- Keep a rewarding bonus system, a good bonus system can automatically improve activity as a it creates a sense motivation (something to work and grind for) amongst the members. This will help in keeping good relations with the members.

- Have a proper rule to maintain respect among the chain of command (listen and follow seniors ranks).

- Have a good ranking system to help in recognisation of each rank for better transparency.

- Have a proper department system which equally distributes responsibilities of org in to subdivisions.

Department system:

1. Highway patrol (HYP)- This is a department which will ensure the highways of Blaine county are safe for citizens. They issue tickets to illegally parked vehicles and make sure all travellers are following speed regulations.

2. Human Resources (HR)- They will hire new members in the org and train them and also work for the general welfare of all org members (issue promotions etc.).

3. Internal Affairs (IA)- They will play a significant role in the org as they will ensure there is not internal corruption in the org and all members are following laws and are not involved in any illegal activities.

4. Special weapons and Tactics (SWAT)- They are specially trained officers who are trained in combat. They are the first responders in any situation. They are special troopers who are present during crucial events and assist other members in tasks.

2.1 Better Highway Patrolling and Traffic Enforcement for SAHP.
To start off, I do want to be a Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol to implement a new system of how patrolling the Highway is done. I have seen that SAHP is many times taken hostage or not even patrolling the Highway as Gangsters are trying to take someone hostage. I have a clear tactic on how to change that and also bring other organisations into that. Having a clear system and procedures for the use of Roadblocks and Checkpoints in order to control the Highways of the State and to reduce the lawlessness on our Highways. The need for field training and knowledge training has been very highly prioritized. I need the chance to Lead this organisation as my team of people will provide the best performance to the state and many other organisations will Learn from it. I have been Governor and furthermore Deputy of all Law Enforcement organisations (FIB,SAHP,LSPD).

2.2 Better Training and Standards for SAHP. The San Andreas Highway Patrol used to have a reputation as the most professional and well organised State Organisation. I want to bring back the high standards of training and professionalism for SAHP.
The need for good training has always been needed. Having clear and brief instruction manuals prepared to deal with specific problems or procedures and how our State Troopers can best deal with them.I will have a good team of police academy instructors which will include myself and HODs from different departments to provide all our units new and experienced ones a new type of knowledge which will help them in the field to perform their work. I have made a new HR manual on how interviews should be taken. On top of that, I will choose not more than 5-7 people to be HR at different times of the day as I will train them personally. I will train my HR team because I have been a lawyer and a Judge for more than 8 months, I have worked with the DOJ closely. I want to include proper department use and proper radio code use for my units as people dont use them correctly most of the time and that just ruins the rp, therefore I will take it in my hands with my HR team to train units on this.

2.3 Better State Law Enforcement within SAHP Jurisdiction of Blaine County.
Last but not least, doing proper investigations on the crime scenes and evidence gathering. I do know that if our units will be trained by the Highest standards then the whole organisation will have much higher efficiency on response time, as it will take less time for people to deal with last situation, better resource management which will provide the capabilities to respond to various situations at the same time. When responding to a situation, time is the biggest enemy and to get good, valid, admissible evidence for use to arrest 10-15s.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Introducing the Watch Commander and Deputy Watch Commander Ranks and Roles to coordinate SAHP Activity, Responses to Situations and Troopers on active Highway Patrol. This will improve our resource management and ensure that Troopers are not responding alone to dangerous situations and radio communication across the SAHP is maintained at all times.

Introducing the Blaine County Sheriff's Department Rangers. To bring back proper Detectives who are trained on the requirements of the Evidence Code and can perform proper crime scene investigations, detentions for questioning and arrests and ensure that criminals are punished only where there is clear evidence and that any follow up investigations are done in the proper manner. It is my intention to make this Department more interesting than just being Detectives (which has repeatedly failed) and to make their investigations and activities more widespread.

Bringing back greater professionalism through the proper use of the Radio Codes, Department Radio and introducing All Points Bulletin (APB) Alerts on the Department to inform the other Law Enforcement Organisations on Situations, Suspects or Vehicles that all Law Enforcement Officers could be on the lookout for.

Other important or relevant points about SAHP and Leadership of a State Organisation.


I have prepared a NEW charter for the SAHP to use, which explains everything about SAHP and instructs the High Command on how to perform their duties in the best way. For many Terms the Leaders all across the state have failed to complete and get their Charter signed for their State Organisation, I will not have that problem as my ideal SAHP Charter has already been prepared and is ready to be signed and approved by the DOJ and the Governor.
