2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)


->> Firstly, EMS is the organization where I have spent most of the time in helping citizens, making good friends and earning money. The experience I gained throughout helped me in understanding how to manage the organization by making sure lobbies are covered, rescue officers are conducting department checkups and more. I also believe that I can use my experience and skills to effectively lead the ems with a friendly environment.

-> I would like to be the Chief of EMS because I have seen how important EMS is to the city, especially for the leos in the events. I want to built a amazing team of paramedics, doctors, surgeons, field training officers, and a perfect High command team to supervise them. I will try my best to improve the activity of the organization by distributing a newer and updated bonus structure and hosting open recruitments, blood-donations, pr events and much more.


-> I want to build a well-organized and disciplineed team of EMS by creating a supportive environment where everyone can improve their skills snd contribute their precious time to the organization. Therefore, my goal is to maintain a level of roleplay within the organisation by making sure that all staff follows proper server rules, respect citizens and the chain of command. I believe that my experience and dedication in the organization will allow me to make my term the greatest.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

>> I Have Seen People Runing When They Hear About Doing Surgery I want To Fix That By Proper Training And By Ensuring That Surgical Department Is Active And I Will Have High Command's Know About How to Do the Surgery And They Don't Do Mistake in Any Way And I Would Also Focus On The FTO Department So Employees Gets Smooth Training. I will not accept any kind of toxicity towards the organization in any ways, if it happened then a strict disciplinary action will be taken to maintsin a positive environment. Also by making sure that the units are responsible and respects the chain of command and will be making sure the Hc’s perform the surgery realistically and in a appropriate manner. I will be hosting maximum recruitment drives, blood donation camps, and selecting a perfect pr team for the events. Also, I will make sure that the Higher commands with rescue officers attend both scripted and unscripted events throughout the days.

>> I have also noticed that the Bonus System have been same for a very long time and the employees have got bored of that, in my term I will completly change the bonus system such as;
-> Increasing the day-time bonus as I have seen the lobbies being empty mostly in morning or afternoon.
-> Introduce Bonus System for Public Relations (PR) department to increase its activity.
-> To make sure lobbies are covered me along the Deputies will monitor on High Commands who are making sure the lobbies are covered on time, we will be distributing them a daily bonus from own pockets of 15k to 30k daily so they also have some motivation to serve into the organisation.
-> As of my experience I have also seen people ignoring the work to make medicines and instead going for trucks as it gets them more money, I will reduce the medicine delivery bonuses and put it in making medicines(Per captcha).


>> Including the PR events I will be discussing and hosting internal organisation events which are interactive for the employees.

>> Also a point to include is that instead of the joining application, I will make Morning Shift Applications and Night Shift Application which gives a benefit that for example, if someone filled for morning shift and on a day the lobbies need replacement, so the High Command will focus on those units who have filled that application. And one more thing is that, if the employee has not attend a morning shift for 3 continuous time, a verbal or strike will be issued to him and if it continues for more longer than he will be demoted till the time he fulfills the quota required to revoke his punishment. This idea ensures that the lobbies are being covered at all times!

>> I willh take a interview from the employee who will be being the Chief of a particular division, with only questions that include questions for that particular department/division to ensure maximum benefits for all!! >> Lastly, I want to say that all above mentioned things are for the first week of my term and by requirements we will be changing things accordingly as I mentioned earlier I really don't want to keep my term the same as prior terms and do something new and different which means I will be introducing new things every week and I will make sure no one feels pressured to cover duties or so, I want to complete my term as the Best Chief of EMS ever and for that I have a good team of high commands who have been my friends before, including some of the current leaders who will support me at any times I need them which will help me maintain a good STATE relations with everyone.
