2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- EMS was the first organization I ever joined so it is very important to me. This is where I started my journey and got most of my experience. I have been here a lot, learned a lot and made memories with members of the organization. My goal is to give back to EMS, where I started and grew over time, to take accountability and help the organization continue to move forward in a positive direction.

- One of the main reasons I want to be a leader is because of the previous leaders and high commands I worked under, specifically people like Venom Shetty and Kizil Panda. I always respected the way they led members and handled responsibilities. I learnt many things through them and other high commands including organizational rules, laws, discipline and how responsibilities should be handled properly. They taught me that leadership is not about authority but about leading by example and helping others grow. They were very influential in my understanding and they also inspired me to take on a leadership role myself.

- I would like to be a leader because I will like to assist high commands in creating a favorable environment in my organization. The ideal leader according to me should be supportive of people and guide them whenever necessary. I will try my best to simplify my approach with others in order to help them as at the end they will also help non HCs.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- I would like to bring back lobby scheduling as i have seen in EMS, many people leave the lobbies empty or lack the interest in handling the lobby so in such scenarios it will be better to have someone already book the lobby as many Medical Students also wait for an empty lobby for them to complete their training so booking it in advance will be a great option.

- EMS has been lacking high commands with certain knowledge of surgery so i will tell my deputies/cos to conduct regular training sessions for them to understand about the importance and to increase the roleplay.

- I will try my best to end lack of interest in medruns which the most important issue in most terms even though bonus is high people dont show any kind of interest. I will try to maintain a certain level of medkits by doing daily medruns with all my employees mostly 2 times a day and try give them extra bonus for participating as i have also done medruns before and the most boring part is doing it alone.

- I have seen many High Commands lacking the knowledge of HRT so i will make sure that only employees with certain knowledge of HRT/previous experience in HRT department can become High Command.
