2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(1). I want to become the leader of Emergency Medical Services because I believe I have the qualities required to manage the organization properly including discipline consistency activity and professionalism I have experience as a High Command member and understand how EMS operations and management work
I worked during Aizen Uchiha’s term where I served as CO HR Rank 26 and gained valuable leadership and management experience I also have EMS experience from another city EN2 where I worked with Rank 23 I am currently serving as a Deputy in Bloods which has helped me understand how an organization works and improved my leadership and management skills These experiences helped me understand teamwork responsibility and the type of leadership needed to run EMS successfully I am confident that with my experience and dedication I can lead EMS in a professional and successful way
(2). As a leader of EMS I will focus on creating a professional and positive environment where every member feels respected valued and comfortable while working I want the department to have good teamwork strong communication and a supportive atmosphere so employees can perform their duties properly and enjoy their roleplay experience I believe good leadership is not only about giving orders but also about listening to members helping them improve and motivating them to stay active and dedicated A healthy environment always helps an organization grow stronger and perform better
(3). As a leader of EMS I will make sure lobby is covered 24/7, maintain the lab stock, ambulance services are always active and work professionally, and we do surgeries properly with high level of roleplay and I will also ensure that state calls and department calls from other organizations are handled with equal priority and seriousness.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(1).In the Medical Department (MD) I will make sure the lobby is covered 24/7 especially during night hours when patients need help the most in critical situations Surgeries are also an important part of good roleplay but I have noticed that in previous terms they were not always conducted when citizens needed them
Under my leadership I will ensure that every patient who requires surgery receives it with proper roleplay and care and that MD remains active and responsive at all times
(2). In Ground Services (GS) I will ensure the department remains active at all times as it plays an important role in representing EMS in the city in a professional way through good communication and teamwork
Ground Services help build trust between EMS and citizens by providing quick support during calls making sure ambulances reach fast and improving overall roleplay experience I will also make sure that any issues faced by citizens during calls are properly handled and resolved so their experience remains smooth and realistic
(3). In the Labs Department I believe this is one of the most ignored departments but it is still very important for proper EMS roleplay If lab activity stays low it affects medical stock and production which can create problems for the whole organization so it needs proper attention and activity to keep everything running smoothly
(4). For the bonus system I will improve it so employees receive proper rewards for their hard work I will introduce weekly giveaways extra bonuses for night shift workers and employee of the week system This will make employees feel appreciated respected valued and motivated for better roleplay
(5). For training my focus will be to make it simple and easy to understand so new employees can clearly learn how EMS works Training will be provided on time and I will make sure FTO and HCs do not rush to finish training and instead conduct it properly and professionally to ensure quality learning for every member
