Life Story: Harvey was always appreciated by his family and friends because he helped everyone yet one day while going to his friends house, he was pulled over by a group of gang cars. Harvey was very scared as this was the first time he had been pulled over by a gang. There was nobody to help him, neither his friends or his family members he felt really helpless. What was he supposed to do? Wait for the leos? Harvey decided that only helping his friends and family member was not enough he had to do something professional which would be beneficial for the state. He wanted to help others who felt the same when Harvey felt when he was threatened. Thats when he got the news from his friends that National Guard were hiring looking for Brave and Valiant soldiers who were willing to dedicate their lives for the Nation. Without giving a second though Harvey Applied for National Guard and He was selected.
Carrier Story: Before joining National Guard, Harvey was already experienced in law as he was an Ex- USSS Deputy Director . Soo Joining National Guard was a piece of cake for him. After joining National Guard, Harvey worked hours every day helping other Leos and Citizens making sure that No wrong is done. This dedication made Harvey stand out from others and within a few weeks Harvey was promoted due to his excellent duty for the country But this is when everything started to going wrong. Harvey was very frustrated seeing how others made more money than him yet he was the one doing the most work. Harvey started looking for a way to earn money the easy way. That is when Harvey met a criminal who was willing to pay him to work for him. But Harvey was awestruck, would he betray his state just for some Money?
Outcomes:
1. Harvey can release a criminal by taking bribe ( Max 100k ) and can ask the person to drop their weapons and items.
2. Harvey can take bribe to be hostage (Max 100k)
3. Harvey can deny to show his ID during Corruption to confuse the Leos and get out of intense situations.
4. Harvey can use illegal items while on/off duty.
5. Harvey can search if a suspect has body cam and destroy it ( Will use /try command twice per situation )
6. Harvey can release someone from prison (Max 100k)
7. Harvey can go to black market off duty and sell the weapons he gets from the criminals ( No org weapons )
8. Harvey can lie to Leos and manipulate them to help his friends get out of the situations.
9. Harvey can torture the suspect if he/she does not listens to his demands (Minding the OOC rules, No ear rape or spitting)
10. Harvey can inform the gangs if there is any candy runs (Max 100k) and take bribe.
