Dear Admin,
as you can clearly see in my POV that we were a total of 5 people patrolling together in the Highway responding to an ATM Robbery. (4 in BMW + 1 in P1). So as you can see in the first half, a White Bugatti Alone gives Pull Over Demands to a BMW with 4 SAHP Units Inside which was a Clearly UB Demand. The ID's can be clearly Seen and will be Given Down below for full clarification.

Then after a While, There were 3 people Giving Demands to 5 People to Pull Over which is Clearly a UB as well as Fear RP as they were not 4 People who gave UB Demands with only 3 people and that too 5 people in Front of them. and when we gave demands to the Guys to Pull Over, the didnt pull over as they were only 2 in the Vehicle and yet didnt fear for their Life.

in the POV a little Ahead, we found them robbing people so as one police should RP, we also gave them Demands through our in built Vehicle Radars where the White Bugatti kept Ramming us Again & Again which is clearly not Needed. So here the White Bugatti Driver does CR (Car Ramming).

Near the Ending of the Situation when we had gotten one of their Guys and Cuffed, the Yellow Bugatti who Came Back in the Situation Killed his Fellow Family Member to Not Get Arrested. And hence the Family Member who was Being Arrested Left the Situation & Hence got Combat Logging (CL). He left the Situation and i am pretty sure that they must be in a Discord or any other platform call by which they Were Coordinating to kill Him. So Another Rule Break given here is Metagaming which i dont have a Proof of, but if i get their POV, it will be. And it is quiet obvious to know that they were coordinating as they were Mercy Killing,.

CL Means --> It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. | WARN
You Clearly didn't Pull Over which comes under Leaving the RP Situation and Not Continuing the RP. We have 5 Units and 2 Cars, Whereas You never gave Clear Demands (with 2 Cars and 4 People) and even if you gave demands, We Don't have to Comply as we have Enough Units. Its our Choice if we get out or Not...We didnt feel Safe Getting out of the Car while 3 Cars Sorrounded us, It not a Failed RP....And Please Stop Giving your Opinions, The Admins Will Decide!

I'd like to point out at the beginning that you weren't a convoy.
Since you were later part of a convoy, you didn't have to stop you could have escaped. because you're in a convoy we haven't violated any fear rp rules.

I accidentally shot and killed a family member ( mk ) instead of shooting a police of
our aim there wasn't to perform a CR, it was to do a pit maneuver
I have no information about UB Demand we'll leave the final decision to the senior admin.

I don't hesitate to mention that one of my members does NLR.
