I started my RP life in crime by joining my first gang, Vagos. There, I enjoyed playing and made new friends who helped me understand the server rules and gang rules. The rules were uncomplicated to undertand, which is why I decided to stay dedicated to the gang life.
I want to be the leader of Ballas because I have a lot of experience in gang leadership. I was previously the leader of Marabunta, and I have been a deputy many times in almost every gang. I was an under-deputy and promoted to Deputy when I joined Ballas, so I decided I wanted to step up and rise to the level of leader.
I want to lead East Side Ballas because it is not just a gang to me; it is a family. I respect the purple color and the gang's history. I want to make this name feared in the city and ensure that we are more powerful than the other gangs.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will ensure that my members do not break any server rules. I will make sure everyone respects both the city rules and gang rules so that we maintain immersion and keep the RP professional.
I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning consistent events like gun store robberies, 24/7 store robberies, gang raids, FZ raids, etc. The more activities we do, the higher we can elevate the overall roleplay level.
I believe we should have zero toxicity among gang members. If there is ever a misunderstanding between members, as a leader, I will intervene to resolve it and maintain a healthy and fruitful environment. I also want to build strategic relationships with other gangs so we can support each other when backup is needed.

  2.1 I want to lead this gang because I believe I can bring about real change. I’ve seen the powerful group can have but I also know that power comes with responsibility. There’s a lot of potential here for us to grow not just in terms of influence but in creating a better future for everyone in the crew. I’m not just in it for the title or the control. I want to earn respect through loyalty, vision, and fairness. I can take the tough decisions make sure the people who follow me don’t just survive but thrive and ultimately leave a legacy that changes the Lifestyle of every Gang members.

  My advice for improving roleplay is to teach new players the rules and to do more events such as being in ghetto 1 gun store and many 24/7 store robbery each day clands bs fz and doing these such events with great RP always I also think to better the role play is to do store robbery’s or hostage situations in different locations instead of ghetto all the time for better RP.

1. I want to make Ballas active in a way that its name alone makes LEOs sweat.. I want LEOs to call for additional units when they hear, Ballas is on the way because of our coordination, strength, and numbers.



2. The purpose of my gang is to have members with superior skill and ability leverage these talents in order to work together as a well-oiled machine to take out law enforcement agencies. We should look official, disciplined and ready to destroy anything in our way, instead of looking like a bunch of disorganized idiots running around; we want to be able to operate as a smart, coordinated and deadly force. I want this gang (Ballas) to be seen as the #1 gang in the world by all who know of it, and also cause all to fear or respect the possibility of crossing it.



3. I want Ballas to be the gang that makes anyone think twice before stepping into the ghetto. When people enter, they should feel like Ballas Might be watching, ready To Rob,Kill us at any moment. Civilians, rival gangs, even LEOs they will hesitate, knowing we could hit a store robbery, FZ raid, gun store, highway robbery, hostage situation, or Even Clap LeoS During BM raid . Our Existence Will create fear and respect, making the ghetto feel like Ballas territory. I will make sure all members follow the rules and respect Rules. Nothing will compromise the roleplay I want our RP to stay clean, professional, and realistic at all times.

To keep Ballas more active than any other gang, I will plan and organize regular events such as store robberies, gun store FZ raids, highway robberies, hostage situations. The more active we are, the higher the roleplay quality will be, and the stronger our presence in the city,Also There Will Be No Faviourtism In My Presence , Only The One Who Deserves Will Get The Rank. I Believe In Quality , Not Quantity.
