I was sitting in my car/standing mindfully in front of my own house, which is located in a non-red zone area. The player with ID 240235 approached me and killed me without any prior demands, warnings, or roleplay reasons. This is a clear violation of the server's RDM policy.

This person scammed me out of my house. He offered to trade cars for the house and then ran away. I contacted the admins about it, but I didn't have a POV recording. He changed his name and acts like he doesn't know to talk to me whenever he sees me. His old name was Harvey Miler.

The suspect (ID 240235) is attempting to manipulate this issue and divert attention from the original issue. The claim above is completely irrelevant to this complaint.

This forum thread was opened because the suspect shot and killed me without any warning or role-playing time; this is clearly evidenced in the attached video evidence.

If the suspect has other claims or complaints regarding a completely different incident, they should open their own separate forum thread with appropriate factual evidence instead of spamming and derailing this RDM report.

Please do not engage in, accept, or dismiss this action, and evaluate the suspect according to the RDM provided in the attachment.

Not only did he scam me, but he's also trying to disrupt my peace in the game, he make VDM and then just waiting in his car. He's deliberately provoking me and acting like an NPC. He spoke when he scammed my house, and then he lost the ability to speak. The video clearly shows me waiting longer than 5 seconds, and the POV recording shows what happened much later
