2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
>Hello! It's my third time applying for leadership, and this is my second application for LSPD leadership. I am aware that I failed both of my prior interviews of LSPD and SAHP because there was someone better than me, which provided me with amazing experience and knowledge after working with him in his SAHP term, but to be honest, I believe I am now ready to be a leader in this project.
>After working for the government and the Department of Justice for one term, I learned a lot about LEO RP. Now, I've been in SAHP for one term under Maxx Eagle's leadership (his term is just one week away). He even gave me a corrupt bio, which gave me the bizarre impression that I was a corrupt Leo.
>I can now guarantee you all that I will be an excellent and proactive leader who will uphold professionalism in the ORG and departments. I will also give my colleagues a good bonus and a friendly work environment.
>I oversaw the PR department during Maxx Eagle's SAHP Term first week, and I came up with a number of fantastic ideas for PR and IC events for the players, residents, and ORG members. With the assistance of the corresponding deputies, Jesse Baby and Peter Romano, I even held three IC events for him.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
> As I previously stated, I worked in the PR department, which gave me a better RP experience. I also hosted a few IC and PR events, which is very amazing for me because I can now assist in creating a more enjoyable and realistic RP that will encourage people to join LSPD. Additionally, I'll try to get EMS and LI to participate in my IC and PR events by setting up a department, holding meetings, or making 911 calls.
