Yo hello dear admin team, today a few minutes ago I was talking with some friends which i have seen in the street, There was no RP, there was nothing was going on but after talking a few minutes we got mute for FL in public, I am playing since 2022 or 2023 and i have never seen this rule before and i am not playing en1 for like 1.5 years so i wanted to was i wrong or not. First of all as i said there was no any RP and as i know we can speak any other language when we are not in any RP. I tried to ask that admin is this rule new or what but he said just appeal on forums so i am here for getting enlighted. I can send the 2 minutes of POV tho if needed, for now i wanted to learn is this rule new or we are not able to talk any other language expect English in En1 or not.

i forgot to mention i wasnt in green zone too. Btw i dont have any bad purpose i want to just learn this rule, already checked the all rules in the discord but i didn't saw.

u can use fl on ur private Area - house etc but not on public streets as any interaction with other player is RP and u must communicate in English
