• I want to be the Leader of the Families gang because I have a lot of experience in this gang. I was Under deputy in this gang x3 which helps me to increase my leadership qualitys and organised work.
• Apart from the Familes gang i have also held underdeputy position in almost every gang expect Vagos. This experience has helped me understand how gangs operate how to manage members handle different situations and organize activities for the gang
• Families is the organization I feel most connected to because I have spent a lot of time in the gang and been part of its journey I want to use my experience and dedication to help Families grow become more active and earn even more respect in city.
