2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 : I have multiple experiences in both state and gang including deputy experiences per each as well, and i feel like im now ready to take a leadership after that many experience,i will try my best and make a good term with a good team.We will attend all events.
2 : I will have good numbers at events, both OOC and IC, there will be strict action taken on members who doesnt attend events when we call them to attend like a verbal or demotion, further non compliance will result in possible blacklist and termination.
3 : I will capture as many ghetto terrority as i can, will create a good turf team and conquer ghetto. Everyone is going to know our name and show respect, even LEOs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation?
Improving roleplay starts with quality over quantity. I believe in building a gang that’s not just active, but immersive and impactful in every interaction. Here’s how I plan to improve the RP level in Vagos:

- Host weekly RP events: From Hostage Situatioins to street takeovers and turf wars, events keep the gang alive and give members consistent opportunities to shine.
- Enforce in-character discipline: Maintaining a solid in-character chain of command, respect for hierarchy, and role boundaries keeps the organization professional.
- Reward and recognize great RP: Promotions, in-character perks, or recognition can motivate members to put their best into the RP environment.
