I would like to request that an Arabic-speaking administrator review this report/form.
At 1:37, ID 118274 violated Racism, GR3.1, GR3.2, and GR3.3, as can be clearly seen in the footage. He also came with a twink account (ID 121117), which appears at 7:17. This can reasonably be considered player targeting.
Additionally, I believe the insults he used are sufficient to warrant a permanent ban.
At 3:03, ID 276 committed power abuse. He was in the FIB and was not even undercover at the time, yet he removed the handcuffs from the player. This should be considered Power Abuse and a violation of GR6.4.
At 4:21, he also violated GZ1.1. He was not on duty, therefore the exception allowing police officers to use force inside a Green Zone does not apply in this situation.
At 6:09, he once again used his FIB powers to provoke toxicity and escalate the situation.
At 7:17 and 9:36, toxicity can be observed from IDs 121117, 22638, 513, 116089, 276 ,116089, 32575, 68903 and 141680.
I am here to enjoy the server and roleplay, not to deal with this kind of nonsense.
hope the server is cleansed of this kind of toxicity, as it only harms the community and the roleplay environment.
