Respected Higherups,

I was PC Checked for Application of Leader of Party
there was a Minus Setting File in My Downloads which i Never Used Which i Mentioned in My PC Check
My Friend send it to me for Better FPS but When i Saw It was Minus Setting I never used it and Forget to Delete it

I want to Know will i be eligible for consideration for Admin/leader cause i want be a leader again cause i had a very active term of EMS
plesae help me about this problem
