I know you’re not a fan of unnecessary complicated threads, so I will keep this as direct as possible. But it is a sensitive matter though, because you may find out that one of your Chiefs is actively sharing backround information to blacklisted ex-admins.
This is all about Kathi Tired's poor and irrational decision making, which as a matter of fact is regarded to be at an all-time high by dozens of people on the server, former admins and even current admins.
This time she took things as far as accusing me of intentionally leaking and spreading personal information via my private discord account. I’ve used a publicly accessible picture of her, that I found online through her twitch profile, as my profile picture on my personal discord account – even though there’s irony itself by saying I willingly leaked it for everyone to see no matter the fact this was my private profile. As it was never shared elsewhere, she later stated that because I was a member on the official Ballas Discord Server I inadvertently shared this information. That I admitted and obviously apologized for.
She also accused me of privately streaming this information for my friends on a public discord server. I’d like to see proof of that as the server I was on when I changed my profile picture is and has never been public. But I did actively stream Grand-RP in that moment for my private friends, which I have proof of.
On top of that she accused me of having a banevading-account. In that moment I realized she tried to manipulate me into making confessions. When I told her that the only account I’ve ever owned was this one and that the accusation is absolutely hilarious, she “changed her mind” because she “supposedly slipped in her list of proofs”. This underlines the serious concerns players have on how Kathi collects and verifies evidence.
All of this happened just minutes after I changed my profile picture back to normal. As I was teleported to her, she said the following: “I’ve been sent proof that you used a picture of mine as your profile picture on discord…and that you streamed it on the discord server you’re on”. Which means, she didn’t find out by seeing me on the members list of the Ballas Discord server but must have had someone who had me in their friends list. The only person who I had in my friends list and deleted right after but could’ve shown Kathi that I changed my profile picture, is Monika Tired.
I've had talks with former admins who told me that Kathi and Monika are still actively in contact through an unofficial discord account and that Kathi is sharing backround information about Grand-RP with her. Kathi also boosted a discord server from Monika way after she was blacklisted for leaking actual sensitive information which several ex-admins can approve who were on Monikas discord server.
60 days ago, which was the actual length of punishment for "Leaking" before Kathi became Deputy, I was permanently banned for my actions. Permanently. This penalty paired with made up proofs except for the Ballas Discord Server mishap is for the bigger part rather emotional. Kathi doesn’t even look bad, she’s just not able to take jokes from anyone who talks about her. There's a reason she already has two warns. And in my humble opinion, with major decisions like banning important players by relying on so called “sufficient material”, that is not Deputy Chief worthy behavior.
I hereby request to be unbanned and command the proof(s) she said she has which are:
1. Who send Kathi the information that I changed my profile picture and knew right away that it was Kathi Tired. Just a hint: This person must've known Kathi in some ways personally to even identify the picture.
2. Who send Kathi the information that I streamed personal information on a public discord server. It must've been someone in my friends list, who again, knows how Kathi looks and could've told her right away. Because the server I was on, as I said, is and has never been public.
3. Kathi said that someone must've snitched from the discord call I was in when I changed my profile picture. If thats the case, she should have no problem showing you that it was not Monika Tired who did the two things above...
I also have the full seven-minute-long video to verify my statements if needed. Please look precisely on who or where Kathi got this information from, as you may find out that "one" of your admins is in some ways sabotaging this server.
