I have been in the city since long time and i have been in most of the orginization and i got much experience by getting involved in many complex situations including Code V, because of that i have gained good experience on how to handle complex situations by which i got to know and i believe i'm capable of leading this gang in a perfect way.

2.2 When i spend my time in gangs i saw most of the members of the gang chaising for the ranks and i don't want this in my gang. i'll take further steps to insure this won't happen and i'll make sure each and every member of the gang participates in a proper role play to earn it.

Reason 1 - Experience

I want to become the Leader of Bloods because I already have experience within the gang environment and understand how to manage an organization properly. I have served as Bloods Deputy twice Families Deputy four times and Marabunta Under Deputy. Alongside my illegal experience I have also held high positions in legal organizations including FIB HOD FIB USM FIB STF Unit Commander LSPD Chief of Staff LSPD SOP and DOC Director.

Because I have experience on both sides of the city I understand how gangs operate how legal organizations respond and what mistakes usually cause gangs to fail. This experience will help me make better decisions as a leader.

Reason 2 - Activity

I am active for around 7 to 9 hours every day which gives me enough time to manage the organization and stay involved with members. In my opinion a leader should not only appear during events. A leader should be available daily help members solve issues organize activities and maintain communication throughout the gang.

I believe activity starts from leadership. If the leadership team is active members naturally become more motivated and involved.

Reason 3 - Development of Bloods

Bloods has always been one of the most recognized gangs on the server and I want to continue building that reputation. My goal is to create a gang that is known not only for events but also for loyalty activity teamwork and roleplay.

I want members to enjoy being part of the organization and feel that their effort is appreciated. A strong gang is built through trust communication and unity rather than numbers alone.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I believe gang roleplay becomes much better when members focus on creating stories and interactions instead of only participating in events. Bloods should have regular meetings recruitment roleplay neighborhood activities and interactions with rival gangs to create more enjoyable and realistic roleplay.

I would also organize internal events and competitions to keep members active and connected with each other. These activities help improve teamwork and create stronger bonds inside the organization.

Another important factor is discipline. Every member should respect fellow gang members follow leadership instructions and represent the gang properly. A well organized gang creates better roleplay opportunities for everyone.

Communication is equally important. Members should be able to share ideas suggestions and concerns without hesitation. Some of the best improvements come directly from gang members and leadership should always listen to them.

Overall my goal is to create an active organized loyal and respected Bloods family that contributes positively to the server roleplay environment.

ii) I had a good position in the Bloods Street Gang in the past as Under Deputy. I know this gang better than other gangs. For this reason, I am applying for this gang.

i) If I get the leadership position, I will try to choose the best Deputy Leaders. I will select four people who have Deputy Leader experience. Right now, I have two people in mind: Shahria Tzariar and Oxy Astro. They spent a long time as Deputy Leaders, so I would like to bring them into my term.

ii) In the past, I saw a lot of favoritism in the organization. Because of this, some experienced members did not get the ranks they deserved. Many of them became upset and left the organization. I think ranks should be given based on work and experience, not favoritism. This will keep members motivated and help the organization grow.

iii) During my time in the organization, I saw that some leaders did not give bonuses properly. Because of this, many members left. Most people join gangs to earn money, so if bonuses are not given properly, they lose interest. If I become the leader, I will make sure bonuses are given properly. This will help me run the organization peacefully.

iv) In many organizations, members are recruited only by checking their passport. If someone is 5 years old, they are invited without any interview. They are also not asked basic questions. If I get the leadership position, I will make sure everyone joins through a proper interview and receives their rank based on their interview performance.

v) If I get the leadership position, I will make the organization feel like a family. We will spend time together and help each other. I will make sure no one feels like they are just part of an organization. Everyone will stay together as a family and help each other gain more experience.
