Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
ID 224551 will receive a punishment for Fail RP + GH 1.8 + GR 6.16
(1.8 It is allowed to rob/kidnap people only in ghetto or outside the city)
(6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob.)
