Dear Admin,

I would like to explain the situation from my side.

The player says that he was swimming in the ocean and was killed without any interaction or RP. However, according to the POV, this happened in the area where a leftover event RP situation was already taking place. As shown in the POV, the location and timing clearly indicate that the RP situation was still active. Because of that, everyone in that area was considered part of the ongoing scenario. In leftover event situations, players can be engaged without giving a new demand or starting a fresh interaction.

The player also mentioned that he was following us. If he was only swimming in the ocean, then why was he present at the same location where the leftover event was taking place? His presence in that area shows that he was close to the ongoing RP situation.
This was not a random kill. The shooting happened during an active leftover event scenario where the RP context had already been established. Therefore, the claim that there was no RP or interaction is not correct.
I kindly request the administration to review the POV carefully and consider the full context of the situation before making a final decision.
