2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
o I’ve been part of several organizations like GOV, SAHP, and NG, where I took on different responsibilities and also managed multiple divisions. The main divisions I led were HRT and IA, which gave me solid experience in training members, selecting the right people for key roles, and running an organization effectively with proper rules, chain of command, and internal policies.
o SAHP holds a special place for me because it was the first organization I joined when I arrived in another city EN2 . Over time, I’ve completed many terms under different leaders, building strong connections with the people there. It no longer feels like just an organization its mk family. With the experience I’ve gained, I now feel confident and ready to take on the responsibility of leading SAHP.
o Through the various roles I’ve played on both the crime and legal sides, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how the city operates. I’m familiar with the laws, rules, and procedures, and my experience across organizations has helped me fully understand both server and state regulations. I’ve also built solid connections within the city, which will help me keep the organization performing at its best through teamwork and coordination with other legal departments.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. Frequent Promotion Ceremony and fun meetings with leader to ensure full fun but with RP
2. Frequent highway Patrol to Ensure safety of the city and increase activity.
3. Team cordination with all other members and legal orgs to ensure winnings which will keep mates motivated
4. Everyone makes mistake but we will teach our mates and make them better
5. Good relation will all other ORGs (legal) for better RP
