Dear Support Team,
I am writing this letter to express my concern about an incident that I believe was handled unfairly.
Another individual repeatedly made fun of me and provoked me. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I was responding to their behavior, I was the only person who received punishment. This has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, as I do not believe the situation was reviewed from all sides.
I fully understand the importance of maintaining respectful behavior, and I accept responsibility for my own actions. However, I respectfully ask that you also consider the actions of the person who initiated the harassment. It seems unjust that only one party was held accountable.
I would appreciate it if the case could be reviewed again so that a fair and balanced decision can be made. My goal is not to cause trouble for anyone, but to ensure that all participants are treated equally and that inappropriate behavior is addressed consistently.
