As per the event rules, when the Solar Panel is close to ending (around 2–3 minutes remaining), players can engage in combat without giving demands because it is already an active event zone. Since the event was active and in its final stage, shooting without demands was allowed according to the event rules. Therefore, the claim that we violated rules by not giving demands is incorrect.
The fourm owner also mentioned that weapons were picked up from the ground while another weapon was already being carried and claimed it was Powergaming. This is not Powergaming. Picking up dropped weapons during an active RP or event situation is a normal game mechanic and does not fall under the definition of Powergaming.
I believe there may be some misunderstanding regarding the Solar Panel rules. The event itself creates a combat situation, and when only a few minutes remain, demands are not required before engaging.I kindly request that the complaint be reviewed while considering the Solar Panel rules and the context shown in the POV.

Also, for your kind information Mr. SKY VIKKU, there is
only one minute allowed at the solar panel at the end of the hour. Without giving any demands, you cannot simply shoot us. On top of that, you started shooting before the 3 minutes, which is not fair roleplay either.

So, according to that logic, the
PG rule is governed by the higher-ups.
Powergaming (PG):
Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not human-like; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance; making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit; roleplaying things which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage; and roleplaying unrealistic things that would not happen in the real world while not allowing others to react to your roleplay.
The rule itself clearly includes
Roleplay (RP), so RP standards must also be followed properly.
In short, you broke
GR 6.15 by shooting without giving proper demands and not following the allowed timing, which is 1 minute at the end of the hour.
Additionally, you also broke the
Powergaming (PG) rule. Whether it is an event or an RP situation, proper roleplay must still be followed. Picking up guns and ammunition while holding a heavy gun during an active RP situation was unrealistic and clearly shown in the POV, which falls under PG according to the stated rules.
