2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)


• Extensive State Organisation Experience


I have dedicated a major part of my roleplay journey to state organisations and have served in multiple high-command positions. My previous experiences include HS in EMS, Detective in SAHP, Deputy Head of HR in FIB, Deputy Cabinet Secretary in Government, and Chief of Staff in LSPD. These roles helped me develop leadership, management, and organisational skills. I believe my experience makes me capable of successfully leading LSPD.


• Improving Professionalism and Roleplay Standards


Throughout my time in the server, I have witnessed many terms where professionalism and roleplay quality were not maintained at the level expected from a state organisation. My goal is to restore professionalism within LSPD by enforcing rules, maintaining discipline, and ensuring that officers provide high-quality roleplay interactions for all players.


• Building a Strong and Dedicated Team


One of the main reasons I want to become Chief of LSPD is the team I have prepared. I have gathered skilled and dedicated individuals who are willing to work hard for the organisation. Together, we will focus on maintaining activity, reducing crime, and creating a successful and rule-break-free term.


3. Your advice on improving the RolePlay level in the organisation


• Training and Rule Awareness


To improve roleplay quality within the organisation, I will ensure that all officers, especially High Command members, are fully aware of both IC and OOC rules. Proper training sessions will be conducted regularly to maintain professional standards.


• Communication with Officers


As Chief, I will maintain communication with officers of every rank. Listening to their suggestions and concerns will help identify issues and implement improvements that benefit both the organisation and the overall roleplay experience.


• Rewarding Dedication and Activity


I will introduce weekly bonuses, Best Officer of the Week awards, and other incentives to encourage officers to remain active and dedicated. This will motivate members to contribute positively to the organisation and improve roleplay standards.


Departments


Human Resources (HR)


HR will ensure that proper training is provided to every officer. They will also be responsible for recruitment processes and selecting qualified citizens who wish to join LSPD.


Internal Affairs (IA)


IA will maintain professionalism and discipline within the organisation by conducting regular investigations, reviewing complaints, and issuing punishments when necessary.


Undercover (UC)


The Undercover Department will work closely with FIB to gather intelligence and evidence against criminal organisations while ensuring public safety.


Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T)


SWAT will handle high-risk situations such as hostage scenarios, organised crime operations, and dangerous pursuits. Their advanced training will allow them to resolve situations efficiently.


Traffic Division (TD)


Traffic Division will enforce traffic laws, conduct traffic stops, manage accident scenes, and ensure road safety throughout the state.
