(2.1) Since joining city I was a part of EMS I Have spend a good time in EMS , Helping Peoples , During that time I have gained good knowledge and experience through hard work, consistency and commitment towards the organization.

(2.2) My focus would be on improving the activity in EMS and improve the works of departments like HR , FTO , ARD and MD. I have a good plan to hire newcomers because they are more dedicated towards Org so that lobby will be covered and remain smooth all times so citizens will always receive everything like medical assistance whenever needed.

(2.3) I will Choose my High command very wisely i will not accept favoritism at all because i have seen many Leader doing biasness toward the members even if they are active and doing good for Org. 3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

( 3.1 ) I want to improve the overall quality of medical roleplay inside EMS. Many members know the basics but during detailed surgery or emergency RP situations. Proper Training will be provided to all Individuals so that they can know the proper RP command for surgery and many more things .

( 3.2 ) Proper Lobby Management :- I will make sure that both Lobbies are covered Properly with my Units , I will not let any to complain about that the Lobby is Empty and all because i will provide good bonuses to People for Covering the lobbies as well and try to engage them for that .

( 3.3 ) Promotion System :- The promotion will only be given based on the Individual activities , I will not Provide HC rank to anyone if they are not active and showing the performance to the ORG .

( 3.4 ) Unity Developement of EMS :- My New Units will be provided proper Traning by FTO department and i will make sure they are learning everything properly , Me myself i will teach them how to Organize the Proper and Realistic RP

2.1) I want to be the leader of EMS because i have gained a lot of experience here, I have joined EMS as Trainee 1 with my consistency, skills and patience Cheif Kiara Taneja shows her trust on me and i got the chance to be the Deputy of EMS.

2.2) I have worked in EMS under the leadership of many honorable leaders of EMS obsaerved their working style and problem solving skills now after being HC and Deputy in EMS i have felt motivated to get the leadership of EMS and Manage this organization with my skills and team coordination.

2.3) I want to make EMS as an active organization after splitting the Units for Lobbies, Ambulance and Labs and want to make sure that lobbies should be covered 24/7, Maintain a good amount of medicines in Labs as well as Central Hospital timely, and citizen could get treatment via Calls almost all the time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) As i have stated i want lobbies to be covered 24/7 to achieve that i will hire the units for both Day and Night Shift and split there timing according to them for efficiency and erase the confusion between employees, I Don't want just to write the words here i want to implement a Channel (#Available-for-Lobby) in which employees can write the timing in which they are available so that if someone wasn't able to cover the lobby to the nearest time of next employee , So they both can adjust there times and lobbies can be covered all the time.

3.2) Citizens Don't prefer to Call for ambulance becuase they want to add an extra time while being unconsious i want to change that perspective for AS Department for an affective RolePlay, To achieve that first of all i want to adjust some rules which Limits the hospitals employee going on Calls.
3.2.1) I will encourage employees for Calls by increasing the Bonus for Calls.
3.2.2) Every week if i have seen inactivity and citizens compliants about Calls i will announce competition with rewards on Calls so that employees can go to Calls if lobbies are covered to win the challenge.

3.3) I want to make training manuals easy and beginers friendly so that it can easily be understood by new employees, Also i will focus on my HC's and FTO to organize the training sessions frequently so that an employee could be ready to work in EMS with proper understanding of Rules and EMS working systems

3.4) I will held a promotion ceremony every week to distribute the bonuses and promotion to the deserving employees without any favouritism, So maintain the motivation of being active in the employees.

3.5) I will hold a meeting with the HC's of all department and all EMS employees to know if there was any issue going in the organization and also will take suggestion of them in that issue.

3.6) I have noticed that maximum time when EMS gets a department from other organization in a RP situation many employees dont prefers it and skips it because they have lack of knowledge for RP commands To overcome on this problem i gonna add an another phase in training manual of basic knowledge of Surgical Commands and RP in that (except for Labs department) So that every employee is introduced to Surgical Process and can attend State Calls to maintain a better RP in city.

3.7) I will conduct IC events in the city by EMS or joint events with other State organization such as Health Checkup Camp, Epedemic Awareness etc.

My work history with EMS is very long. In the this term i was the oldest EMS employee. i have served as COHR (28). Also i faced many different terms and many different situations. So basically I have very great knowledge of how things work.

2. I was in this term as employee and High Command so I know EMS current situation and employees. So I think I can handle the further term in best way ever possible.

3. As i explained i have huge experience as a High Command and as a employee too but now i want to experience leadership. I am the person with total expertise and staff familiarity. I crave the Leader role to inspire, optimize, and passionately serve the server community.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

. I have experience of almost 2 years in EMS. In this era I saw employees mistakenly broke rp. Like while surgery they didn't follow proper rp. I will talk to FTO team about this.

2. While doing medruns I see employees doing UB driving I will totally prohibited it.

3. i see in last few weeks there is no employee meeting, ill re-schedule all meetings every week.

4. i have noticed that EMS training is not upto the mark as per RP Point of view, ill implant real scenarios to the training so new comers can have logic behind the every situation.

5. Also the employees who are frequently making mistakes, because of confusion or lack of knowledge I will conduct retraining and follow-up sessions too.

Ans : 1.Improving the RP: back in the day I was enjoying as EMS member and I got a lot experience as I learned from the best till I becameEMS Employee . I love the RP in EMS and

2. Reward & Accountability: I will enhance the bonus system and create engaging employee events to boost motivation and performance.At the same time, I will ensure clear accountability measures for disruptive behavior and underperformance.
I will increase the number of members in the organization by hosting state waves and reward the hard working members by Incentives and extra bonus.

I joined EMS as a Trainee and achieved Deputy Chief of EMS more than once and in this journey i completed almost 11 terms under the guidance of 7 different Chief this experience and understanding to run the organisation smoothly.

3.1) I have experienced and knowledgably high command team that help to maintain friendly, comfortable and supportive environment. That help to maintain professionalism between the organisation so the every employee get equal attention.

3.2) I will not tolerate any kind of toxicity, favoritism, Power Abuse and disrespectful behaviour during my leadership. I am also ensure that every employee who got promotion on the base of their work and knowledge.

3.3 )In MD department, i will make sure both lobby cover 24/7, also ensure that if unit got Code A lobby cover as soon as possible, So the every citizen was not leave hospital without treatment. Surgery is also important for good roleplay, in this i also ensure that during my leadership Surgeries are perform professionally and with a good roleplay.

3.4) In As Department, I will make sure ambulance service always respond to the emergency call of the citizen. So, the citizens get treatment during their worst period. AS Department is responsible to build trust and represent the EMS within the City.

3.5) In Labs Department, i will make sure Labs stock maintain in good quantity, maintain Hospital medical stock and full fill the other organisation medical supply requirement.

3.6) I will organising multiple giveaway, quest and challenges for EMS employee. So, they are motivated to do work, encourage towards work and collect their rewards of their hardwork.

3.7) I will conducting meeting at the end of week for the employees. If they facing any issue regarding their duty, bonus and any issue they are facing. Also, organise meeting with the all the HCs of each department, know their issues and resolve it.

3.8) I will notice that multiple times State calls are rejected or ignored, but i will make sure during my leadership Every State call get equal attention because State calls is represent presence of EMS within the State organisation.

2.Foster Equitable Task Allocation: Ensure work is distributed equally among all members to ease burn out and enable all members to positively contribute in a reasonable and enjoyable way.

3.Promote Respectable, Friendly and Open Communication: The aim is to promote open communication and engagement from the top to the bottom to make the company more welcoming, approachable, supportive and involved.

2.1) I have started my State organization journey from the EMS I joined EMS as a Trainee and completed my training well over the period of time I consistently keep doing my duties and I have spend a lot of time in EMS, I have enhance my skills and keep getting the knowledge about the EMS, This experience has made me confident to apply for EMS as a Chief and handle this organization.

2.2) After getting a good experience in EMS I got a chance to become a Deputy Chief and have observed and managed EMS with my knowledge and understanding, Which make me confident to be the Chief of EMS and manage it with the help of employees and high commands and make sure to have a remarkable term in the EMS.

2.3) I want to make a friendly environment in the organization and make it active in the city and make sure to cover the lobbies 24/7 by making the joyful environment in the organization and make sure no one will be bored while doing their duties and everyone can have a equal chance to show up and get rewarded without any favoritism.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) I will introduce a revised bonus system so that the members in every department can have equal chance to earn almost same amount of money so that every employee can choose the department of their choice without changing their perspective because of Paychecks

3.2) I will make sure to cover the lobbies 24/7, especially in night so that every citizen who comes to PH/SH should get medical attention on time and they could continue their RP in the city, To achieve this I Will announce rewards for the night shift duty.

3.3) In my term I will make sure to manage a good amount of medical stock in the warehouse in Human Labs and also in the Central Hospital all the time. So that EMS could run smoothly without any sudden pressure on the employees.

3.4) I have seen that many citizens didn't get medical attention around the city because of not enough employees on Calls, I will make sure to achieve at least 100 hours of calls per week.

3.5) I will make sure to host a ceremony every week to distribute bonuses and give promotion to the employees based on their activity which will motivate the employees to complete the requirements and make the organization active.

3.6) After the Ceremony I Will hold a meeting with the employees to ask them about any issue going in the organization and also will ask their perspective on that.

3.7) I want to coordinate with other state organization side on side to make a better RolePlay around the city by attending every State Calls and make sure that Doctors should be available all the time to attend them, I will achieve it by announcing the reward for attending each State Calls.

3.8) I will make sure to have a good experienced HR team to Train the Employees and take their test and help them if needed and also add a Training Phase of Surgical process for the employees who are interested in going for State Calls so that they can use /me /do /try commands properly.

3.9) I will Host IC events for the citizens regularly such as Heath Checkup camp, Awareness Camp for hygiene, Blood Donation etc.

(i) EMS has always been the closest organisation to my heart. It was my first legal organisation and I have got good experience,leadership skills and medical knowledge through my journey. I like helping people and keeping them safe. EMS is an important part of the city’s medical care, saving lives and keeping the public healthy. As a leader, I want to make the department stronger, more efficient and create a positive environment for all employees.

I have served four successful terms in EMS under respected leaders such as Cosmic Hayes, Sachin Pai, Naruto Stark and Aleena Emberhart. My EMS career has provided me with extensive knowledge of departmental operations, medical procedures, recruiting and leadership. I also had the honour of being Cosmic Hayes’ Deputy Chief where I learnt how to manage the organisation, liaise with High Command and lead employees effectively.

(iii) I will use the knowledge and experience gained throughout my EMS career to develop a strong, professional and dedicated High Command team. 3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

(i) I'll keep both hospitals going 24/7 by keeping the staffing levels balanced for both day and night shifts. To do this I will focus on hiring active employees in different time zones and creating a strong team that can provide coverage at all hours. I will also arrange regular internal events, trainings, and competitions to keep employees motivated, engaged and active within the organisation.

(ii) I will establish a well-structured dispatch system with strategically located EMS units in different areas. One team will be mainly focused on emergencies in the city, and the other on those outside the city. This will cut response times, improve medical coverage and allow citizens to be treated more quickly. Additionally, I will promote increased participation in the Air Medical Department by opening it up and giving the employees the opportunity to get involved in advanced medical operations.

(iii) I will motivate High Command members to participate actively in state calls and take junior employees along as and when possible. This will give new members practical experience, knowledge of emergency procedures and how to conduct professional health inspections for legal organisations. I want to mentor and provide hands-on learning to prepare the next generation of EMS leaders.

(iv) I think that promotions should be on the basis of activity, dedication, knowledge and performance, not personal relationships. Playing favourites hurts morale and creates an unfair environment. 3.2) I will send two of the units on calls most of the time so that the citizens can get faster medical treatment and this will also help to improve the role play.

3.3) I will also advice the High commands to take the junior employees with them in the state calls so that they can get the experience of it and will know how to do the health checkup and keep the officers disease free and full of immune.

3.4) I will make sure all the HCs and Surgeons can perform more surgeries properly because it will increase the professionalism.

3.5) I will do a meeting with my employee every week to check if they are facing any problems or having any doubts. If they have proper guidance I belive a high level of role play can be maintained easily.

3.6) I hate and will completely avoid favouritism because it is one of the reason of failing the RP situation. A person without proper knowledge gets a higher rank then it will affect the flow of role play.

  • I want to be the leader of the Emergency Medical Services team because I have been a Highest Command of the nearly each and every organization in this city. Every Time, I made sure that my team worked well together we had a good system in place and I was serious about my role. Currently as a Minister of State I'm having an expeirence to Lead many of the sub-ordinates (My buddies), and i always try to teach them more about laws and teach them wrong and correct from my experience of this city.

  • I have a lot of experience with managing a Organization: hiring new people teaching them what to do solving problems and making schedules. My goal is to make the Emergency Medical Services in this city a Best Organization that people respect. I want to make sure we are professional and also have a time working together.

  • Since I play the game a lot I can make sure I am always around to watch over the Emergency Medical Services team and make sure we are doing a job, for the citizens of the City. and Now I thought that i'm that much experienced that i can get the leadership of EMS, and perform every duties of the organization perfectly

3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
  • To make roleplay better in the EMS we need to set up an organization. My plan is to make training for members a must so they really understand procedures and how to act in roleplay. Everyone has to know how to deal with emergencies like treating injuries, accidents, shootings and heart attacks. This way we can have scenarios.

  • A Perfect Chain of Command is also Important. Each person should know their role and what to do. This way when we step in it's smooth and organized. We need to make sure everyone knows their role, in the EMS and works with others. This will help us have roleplay and provide great service.

  • Furthermore I want to see realistic medical scenarios. These should include check-ups, accurate diagnoses and hospital stays that feel real. We should also follow up with patients to make sure they are getting better. The aim is to make care in the game take time and feel real rather than rushing through it.

  • To make this work I am going to set up team meetings for the roleplay. We will make some rules and guidelines that everyone has to follow for the roleplay. If someone does not follow these rules for the roleplay there will be consequences for the roleplay. Having a system like this, for the roleplay will really help make our roleplay feel more real and serious. This will make the game more fun for everyone who is playing the roleplay.

(ii) During my time in EMS, I have seen new employees not receiving proper training. If I become Chief of Medicine, I will appoint an active and professional HR and FTO team to ensure that everyone receives proper training on-time.

- I will introduce a new bonus system with special rewards for employees who work night shifts. This will help employees feel valued and motivated for their hard work.

- I will make sure both lobbies are covered 24/7 by recruiting members from different time zones.

- I will appoint an active, experienced, and professional HR team so that new EMS employees receive proper training on time, along with special training for surgeries and the correct use of IC commands.

- I will conduct regular meetings with high commands to ensure that everything is running smoothly without any problem.

- I will make sure no toxicity or favouritism is done by high commands under my leadership.

- From past few terms , i have seen that AS and Labs department is not active , If I become Chief, I will work on making these departments active again.
