Hello,
When I was going to informal, I got teleported for a PC check.
During the PC check, they found an illegal Redux in my Downloads folder. I don't know what was considered illegal, as I always try to use legal Redux packs.
I will verify my game files and remove any Redux files to make sure I have none installed at all.
However, when I was banned, I was using a vanilla Redux that only included hit effects and a custom HUD.
I am sorry for the mistake. Since this is my first time being banned for something like this, I was hoping I could get a second chance.
I understand the rules and will make sure to verify my game files and remove any Redux files to avoid this happening again.
