I was standing near the road waiting for my friend when player 249657 began a confrontation. Throughout the interaction, he committed multiple clear rule violations:

1. He used a foreign language over his radio channel, violating General Rule 3.3. at 01:36
2. While operating his radio, he was violating RP logic by holding his weapon at the same time (Fail RP). at 01:36
3. Finally, without giving me any proper IC demands to leave or letting a 5-second countdown take place, he opened fire and killed me on the spot, violating General Rule 6.15. at 01:52
4. Fail RP+Toxic Behavior by saying ( ill put my gang on you , "I hate this" while opening fire. , and he said what the f*** are you talking about ) at 01:24
   • He used aggressive, non-RP language, shouting "what the fuck are you talking about" and breaking immersion by threatening "I'll put my gang on you"
