This guy showed up out of nowhere, asked me to come to the side of the event, and all of a sudden collected a debt. I can understand we all are doing RP in the game for real time, but there is a proper rule set, and part of the rule says certain things cannot be real in terms of actions, like what you do in real life is what you do in the city. He just collected a debt at the beach, and that too in GZ, which might be allowed, but in a personal car, which is unfair. Please punish him accordingly so that he is not repeating that.
