2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
It has been a long time since I was in the city. Always I think about to be the leader of Ballas. It’s the best gang in the city for me. I have been participated in several gangs and been high commands in the gangs. That’s why I think that I have enough knowledge to get the leadership of ballas.
I have solid experience in roleplay servers, especially in gang and crime factions. I understand the importance of staying in character, creating realistic scenarios, and contributing to the server’s story. I’ve been part of multiple organizations where I learned leadership, communication, and strategy.
I believe that now i am ready and can take on this responsibility of being a leader and come out as the best leader of ballas and i would love to show the city how i and my friends/people of ballas can dominate the full city.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Will hire top of the top deputies who will make sure everyone in the org maintain activity properly, From the highest to lowest rank in the org. No matter who they are will always keep an eye on those who are inactive and fire them immediately.
Overall, my goal is to turn the organization into a highly active and respected faction known for serious, realistic, and high-quality roleplay that enhances the experience for everyone involved.
Each gang member must have at least 5 years of experience in the city and will need to know the rules well.
