As you can see I was at Megamall. And suddenly I saw a FIB officer patrolling in ghetto without any event or something. There was no store robbery or something. He was just driving in ghetto solo. The FIB needs to get Verbal for that!

hostage situation doesnt matter. You couldnt go there alone. You must take 2 more unit to enter ghetto. The rule is saying to enter ghetto there must be 2+1 units to enter. 1 highcommand will be better if have. gg
