I was at harbor and fighting with people to get parachute. But this person shot me while I was back of small building. At timestamp 00.32-00.36 clear to see that. I am not visible to him. I was back of the building but he shot me 1 shotgun and I dead because of that. Its really suspicious!

And honestly, even asking for a penalty is wrong because a shotgun shell fires 6 or 7 rounds in total, and I wasn't in front of the wall, I was next to it, and you got hit by a shotgun shell because your arm was visible, don't exaggerate. Also, if I had played like you suspect in that harbor event, I would have immediately received a PS check. The admin's approval period exceeded 48 hours, and I didn't even see you open it; I noticed it when I got a notification from the game. Then the administrator approved it, and 2 days have passed.
