In this bodycam, one officer id is 548131. why he was mk all gang members? leos need to arrest gang members in any sit... you can't mk. and it's maybe count as corruption without bio. i know mk is allowed in events like store but gang members will do mk to officer or officer also do mk if he have corrupt bio. but i am not sure without corrupt bio you can do mk or not.
