After reviewing the situation, there is not sufficient evidence to support MG. You took an LSPD officer hostage, and subsequently FIB agents responded to the location. Bearing in mind that you are wanted by the state, LEOs have the ability to track and locate you through the PDA.

Had the officer involved been in FIB, there may have been grounds to inquire further into how the information was obtained. However, the officer was part of a completely separate organization, and the appearance of FIB agents can be reasonably explained by your wanted status. As a result, there is not enough evidence to punish for MG.
