Marabunta Grande was the first organization I joined when I first came to this city. I had a wonderful time there and have great memories; I want to create those same memories and demonstrate excellent leadership again. I want to unite Marabunta and take control of the city. By taking this leadership, my goal is to do my best to show everyone the difference between right and wrong and to provide a positive experience, and I will strive to be the best leader in Marabunta.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The goal is to teach everyone to stay organized and perform all roles properly. For example, providing daily training to lower-ranked individuals (those without HC experience) on what to do, educating those who lack knowledge, and trying to minimize errors. Those who make mistakes will be removed from the organization and will be required to rejoin and participate in interviews after learning everything. There will be no forgiveness for false accusations; the consequences will be severe.
