Im chilling around fort zancudo and on a little joy ride in my p1 when these two guys ram into me when im trying to recruit a new family member and they then proceed to get out of the car and with no demands, rp or anything that makes it eligble for them to shoot me they decide to break rule GR 6.15 and start shooting without any reason.

that is why i believe they should be punished for GR 6.15
