2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1
I want to start by saying that the application is coming from a genuene place. I have been a part of the National Guard for many times and over that time I have developed a real connection to the National Guard. its Not just as an organization I was part of but as something I care about seeing people grow into what the National Guard is truly capable of being. i maintain that decorum in the orgnization i will make NG a strongar org and supportive community for all. I have learned to manage people well.

2.2 During my time in the Public Relations department I took on the responsibility of leading events. In total I led over 21+ event. I can honestly say that each one teach me something important. Some events went smoothly some events throw challenges at me midway through. But I showed up for every single event and made sure things got done properly. That is just how I have been when it comes to the National Guard.

With all these i have also spent close to a year working within the State department, where I eventually reached High Command. That experience was not easy. I will not pretend it was. Managing a team means dealing with different opinions making calls and sometimes taking responsibility for outcomes that were outside my control when it comes to the National Guard.. It shaped the way I think about leadership and gave me a much clearer understanding of what it actually takes to keep people together and moving in the same direction for the National Guard.

2.4 The National Guard has always had the standing and the structure to be one of the organizations on this server. What the National Guard has needed is fair and dedicate leadership. That is what I am here to offer to the National Guard.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1
My approach to this is very simple . It starts with leadership taking full responsiblty for the standard they set for the National Guard.

3.2 In my experience the culture of the National Guard refllects the behavior of the people leading the National Guard. If leadership is present disciplined and engaged. The members of the National Guard follow. If leadership is inconsistent or disengaged that filters down quickly. Affects everything about the National Guard. So the first commitment I am making is to be the active and most reliable person in the National Guard. Not just in title. In practice every single day for the National Guard.

3.3 I also want to introduce a system for recognising members of the National Guard who consistently put in effort. Now someone can show up every day contribute meaningfully and carry their team in the National Guard. And that effort can go completely unnoticed. That is something I want to change for the National Guard. When people feel that their work is seen and valued they stay committed to the National Guard. They pushed the people around them to be better well for the National Guard. Recogtion does not have to be complicated. It just has to be genuene and consistent for the National Guard.

3.4 Finally and this is something I feel strongly about. There will be no favoratsm and no coruption under my leadership of the National Guard. I have seen what happens when those two things enter an organization like the National Guard. Trust breaks down people stop caring. Everything that was built slowly falls apart for the National Guard. That will not happen to the National Guard. Every member of the National Guard will be held to the standard every opportunity will be given based on merit and every decision I make will be based on what is best for the National Guard, as a whole. Nothing else.


3.5 My goal is to build a National Guard that people are genuenly proud to be part of. Active disciplined, fair and recognized across the server as one of the best. That is the standard I am setting for myself. I intend to meet it for the National Guard.
