Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


-> So I have now decided to try for the leadership of the Greatest Organisation in the city which also refers to the Backbone of the city, National Guard(NG). In the city only NG and EMS are the place where I have spent most of my time in, not only for experience I also made alot and lot of friends who were, will and are supporting me through every hard phases I have gone through. Therefore, one reason I want to be the General of The NG is I am a supportive guy who helps everyone and specially the City. Also, I feel I have the time and experience to lead NG once again and prove that the old ways are not dead, it just needs a little bit of work and I have a team or experienced NG ready to help the org reach it's full potential.

National Guard Almost lost its charm due to people getting bored in the Org and leaving because they dont have any Activity to perform other then Just standing at the Gates. I will make sure we Have Events inside the National Guard with collaboration of other organisations and host events like Olympics where the Top 3 Soldiers get High prizes as currently all Organisation Leaders are my very good friends so there will be a healthy and supportive relation of National Guard with other Organisations. I will lead San Andreas National Guards In such a way that , where innovations are welcomed, respected Hierarchy, and maintained high standards, My vision is to build the Organization in such a way that it aces coordination, training and Realtime operations while keeping sprit of team work at the Top. I want to lead the National Guard in a way that every member feels proud to wear the uniform. My goal is to create an environment where every member feels valued, motivated, and part of something bigger. With strong leadership, consistent events, and clear communication, I am confident I can take the National Guard to the next level and represent it with proud. So generally we need to guard the NG base both north and south gates and i will be make sure that both gates will be covered and will be attending the events with good members and will be providing our level best to the organisation by giving our efforts and will be enjoying each and performing the situations as the best. Will try to boost the activity as soon as possible and will be developing the organisation's growth as well. Will be very professional during the situations and will be enjoying the organisation when we have free time.

In my term I will be making some good changes in the organisation and will be implementing them from the beginning of my term to till the end and everyone need to follow and will be loving them. So I had noticed that all the legal organisation are having least ammos in their ware house and we will be sorting them as soon as possible and will be moving towards the legal organisations and will be discussing with them about the candy run and we will interact with all the organisations personally and will be treating them equally and will be hiring the citizens actively and will make that NG will be active and will show good activity. Nowadays I am seeing that everyone in the organisation are getting the ranks very quickly by misuse of COP 13.13.4, SO during my term everyone needs to earn the rank by giving the proper interview, having to be active and need to show the proofs as well & finally no favouritism during the ranks and for mistakes.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


-> So as soon as I get the term withing 3-4 days The National Guard will have more than 100 units in the organisation and well experienced people so we don't loose any FZ raid and not any criminal ever enter the base and not steal any parachute from the base at any point.

-> Secondly, I have dual aspect such as, I have good experience in the crime side so I know where the Soldiers lack behind, whether in the training or while protecting the gates because some of them don't know how to properly protect the gates and the parachutes. Therefore, in this case I know what are the major improvments the National Guard is lacking behind. And I will also be having 2 people at each gates so there are NON chances of the criminal to escape and infact get detained.

-> I have selected my District Attorney's (DA's) very carefully who are Former Chief of one or the other organisation in the city and are very good in debating. Which gives a benefit of having least to least subpeona's on the Organisation.

-> I have seen that from previous term the Bonus system is low because the leader's aren't willing to spend money from their pockets and because of that they leave the organisation and the Leader faces mass Inactivity. Therefore, in my term my bonus system will be incredibly high so people will be very happy to serve the nation!

-> Under my leadership of The National Guard, I will be having a very good relation with other Organisations which will boost the performance of the organisation at any matter.

-> There is also a cause of inactivity in the Organisation sometimes which is lack of internal events of the organisation and instead there is mostly hostile enviroment. I will be hosting events like NG Olympics, S.A.S.D Drills and much more!
