   There are various reasons for this. For one, I would like to assist players in any way that I can when they require my help. Moreover, I feel that I will like to get a new type of experience.
   Finally, I believe that I have got enough of RP experience now.
2. What are your strengths?
   In terms of strengths on Grand RP, these are my thorough knowledge about the server's rules and my skills in generating and managing good quality roleplays.
   In real life, I possess good management skills as proven by my experience as Deputy Manager for four pharmacies and Hospital Administrator.
   Another area wherein I excel is problem solving, wherein I can easily recognize problems, find its core and discover its solutions. This allows me to properly assess personalities and behaviors of people, thus allowing me to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively.

   The weakness that I possess is that I can’t stand those who deliberately ruin or disobey the rule play of Grand RP. As for other areas of my life, I can hardly bear ignorance, corruption, or disrespect from other people.
   Nevertheless, I should say that even in such circumstances, I am still very patient and can stay calm. I am always ready to behave properly, giving others a chance first.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
➽ I spent much time on playing and enjoying in the server. Now I am feeling that I should have to give back this server in return. I played many state organizations as a high command role, I know how leo operate and etc. I’m confident about that I could be handy to my admin team. Also, I want to make a good helping environment towards every server player. Even though, I like helping people with rules and situations and I really confident that, if I had become an admin then it will give me a better opportunity to support the server properly.

2. What are your strengths?
➽ First of all, when I judging someone I become non-partial. I don’t judge peoples according to their race, connection family etc. anything. Also, I’m a guy with calm & workaholic characteristics. I think which make me more qualified for the position. I hope hark working is the key of any achievement. Moreover, I’m used to in team work, so it’ll help me to fulfill my responsibilities and overcome from my team’s expectations.

3. What are your weaknesses?
➽ I think twice before doing any step. Which makes me slower on a quick thinking situation. I will try to overcome from this weakness. But in some scenarios, my biggest weakness turned into my power, it helps me from wrong doing or wrong decision making.

➽ I can speak upto 3 languages, which will help me to build a better communication and understanding towards all city player.
