2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 As i started my journey as joining bloods as the first organization and later on i grinded and became under deputy there and later on i became deputy of ballas and families in EN2 and recently shifted to EN3 and i was bloods deputy in last term and currently serving as vagos deputy.
2.2 As i have enough experience to lead a gang and know how to manage the things and how they work out. I also have a good communication and leadership skills which allows me to run the organization smoothly without any problem regarding it.
2.3 I wanted to become bloods leader i am passionate enough to lead a organization as an leader and maintain a good environment within the gang and make city full of crime and i also wanted to make a good RP environment while we are engaging in any RP with Leos instead of Ragebaiting, Poking because as i have seen many Leos and gang members instead of engaging in an RP situation they lead it to hatred and a conflict between person and i just want to have a good relation and a good RP during under my command.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 First of all if i have been appointed as leader of bloods i will have good connections with other gang leaders and will work together in ghetto.
3.2 I will not encourage any type of Favoritism ,Toxicity.
3.3 As a leader I will make sure every one maintains strict RP standard and follows RP.
3.4 Will make sure there are no rule break done under my command.
3.5 High Command positions will be earned through loyalty, activity, leadership skills, and complete knowledge of server and gang rules.
