Prior to the Informal event starting, I accidentally rammed the suspect with my vehicle, which put them into a knocked/downed state. Immediately after entering the knocked state, the player instantly died ("finished themselves") without anyone shooting or finishing them.

I got told this is a feature in certain cheat menus used to bypass the knocked state or deny kills/loot to opponents. This player and their group get unrealistic numbers of kills every informal and i believe they got to be punished please review this throughly

And also in this pov i noticed something else when i was standing near the place this player finished himself a yellow tuycan car likely from vagos, approached me and a ID 228263 left the car without having any delay "Leaving the car animation" and even though the car was moving he didn't ragdoll onto the ground i believe this is also a cheat feature i hope this person also gets punished.

because your known with your character which you didn't change and for being a cheater so we know who you are. and exactly you finished yourself as shown in pov if your cheat doesen't show its not my problem you pressed a keybind then

as you can see in the pov at 0:14 , i was using a vagos org car , and someone recalled it + you can also see the car dissapear
