sir this person breaking lots of rule and he is in FIB everything is clearly shown in bodycam.

refusing to show his ID (PG)
put tape on my mouth at 6:48 (GR 6.20)
not reading marinda rights 6:48 to 6:49 processing me without reading marinda rights (GR 6.4)
put me on the floor (reason dont like your face) nice at 6:51 (Fail RP + PG)
put socks in my mouth with /try command again at 6:59 (GR 6.4)
provoking at 7:02

he is breaking a lots of rules in this bodycam that is clearly shown and if i forget any rule which i need to write here so you can give him punishment
pls give him punishment.

6.4 says i played bad cop that I didn't do i missed reading your Mirinda rights.
6.20 says muting person, that means pressing g and muting player from that menu.
I know I broke rules, but you should read rules before putting forum. And next time understand them too.

(Missed reading miranda Rights as per Civil Procedural) (Muted Players by try commands Force fully) (LEOs Don't behave like that)
