Hello,

I recently applied for the EMS Leader position but was not selected. I have previous experience serving as EMS Deputy and have also worked as high command positions in all state organizations.

I completely respect the decision and am not here to challenge it. However, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the reason for my application’s rejection or any areas where I can improve. Your feedback would help me prepare better for future opportunities.
