Additional information

1. Leader of…
- National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2A. I have been the leader of the National Guard before and had 2 successful terms. I have reapplied due to the fact i think i can reshape this great organization back to where it was. Because of this I am wanting to apply for leadership again as the state of this organization is plummeting. The main reason for this is numbers, I am wanting to change this. I have a team in place to make sure that we are heading towards the right direction in recruiting and maintaining the units that we have.

2B. I have a great relationship with all the LEO organizations due to this it will benefit NG in a lot of ways such as helping us with protecting bases and having training with other orgs which will build the relationships we will need.

2C. Because gate hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, units believe that they are done for the day. I have structured a bonus system where units will get paid to work alongside GOV at DOC. This will help with gaining a great relationship with GOV themself.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3A. Training will be implemented throughout the week during gate hours. These trainings will consist of specific strategies and scenarios that would happen within the city.
3B. Testing will be non-negotiable for anyone wanting a promotion. I have made test which are based on simple things regarding the NG implementing these will not only benefit the org but the knowledge of the unit themself.
3C. Implementing radio codes will emphasize the importance of RP within the NG organization. Units will be trained to remember and use these codes throughout my leadership of NG.
3D. Involving other organizations such as emergency services (EMS) is crucial. EMS is crucial to our ability to operate effectively. Establishing a strong relationship with an organization like EMS will benefit both sides.
