Lincoln Hill was born in Georgia in a family of law enforcement officers.
Lincoln was an ordinary kid. He was a good pupil at school and he did great at university. He graduated from the law faculty.
He joined the army after university. He mastered weapons and military tactics. And then he started working as a beginner police officer at a city police station.
He always liked a luxury life. He liked fast cars, nice apartments, beautiful and expensive sunglasses, and watches.
Even if he was just a beginner police officer, his love for luxury life and expensive things made him obsessed with valuable items. most of these things were too expensive for Lincoln to buy.
after a few years of working at a police station, Lincoln realized there was no money, no fame and no name as for just a cop.
He contacted his university friend who lived in another country. His friend offered Lincoln a job outside Georgia as a law enforcement officer with a much higher income and extra protection.
Lincoln agreed and left Georgia for a new life.

He started working as a police officer in Los Santos, USA. because his university friend helped him with all the documents and legal paperwork, it wasn't hard for Lincoln to start working in time.
In the beginning it was hard for Lincoln. He was just getting started in the USA as a police officer. But when Lincoln spoke with the chief of police they found the same interests very easily.
The chief of police wanted a person who would obey orders without questions. Lincoln wanted easy money without questions asked. So without any additional details they understood each other very well.
Now Lincoln works as a law enforcement officer in the USA, but he has shady connections and corruption scheme and a shady lifestyle. Nobody knows about it.
