2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 As i started my RP journey i have mostly been on the gangs side bloods was my first org was bloods and i was been active and had leading skills and a guy who learns things easily i was promoted to under deputy and later on i was been deputy in ballas for a full term and after it the next term i was deputy in families again for a full term in EN2 and then i shifted here in En3 again on the gangster side i got deputy of bloods and currently i am been deputy in vagos.
2.2 As i i have good knowledge about gangs, how things work out here , and as well as have good leadeship skills and i think so have enough experience to lead a gang under my command and can make it work out smoothly without any chance to have a problem during it.
2.3 As i already told u i have been much on the gangs and now i am full of passion and have full confidence on me to lead the ballas under my command with good RP scenario and just make purple the ghetto and dominate the highways so anyone would be thinking twice before coming on highway due to fear of ballas and dominace under my command.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 As the first thing would be zero tolerance of toxicity and favrioutism
3.2 Under my command i will make sure that there are no rule breaks done and Proper RP scenario all the time.
3.3 Do not lacking in any events everything would be maximize from our side and on regular basis.
3.4 And having Healthy Relations with other gangs always.
3.5 And No free ranks and deputies from different time zone so there is no problem in activity.
