2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. NG was my first organization when I was new in city and after I joined i continue serving NG nearly 6 terms straight without any Gap also served some terms after also. In between In that time I faced lot of different situations In NG and acquired knowledge how to handle situation calmly especially for NG. I hold different High Command rank like HOD and Commander of SASD and HOD and Commander of MP. and I hold this ranks for multiple times. In this i also learn about Events and there rule and situation handling in it.
B. Experience in State Orgs :-
-NG - Rank 28 | HOD and Commander of SASD, HOD and Commander of MP multiple Time
-LSPD- Rank 26 COD | HOD of TE and HOD of IA
-SAHP- Rank 26 COD | HOD of IA
-GOV- USSS Superintendent
C. My main focused as leader will be to maintain zero favoritism and Ensure that every rank which will given to units will be fairly given as per present Legislation from Government. As I was Commander of MP i was always against favoritism and will ensure that term will go without any Unfair Internal decisions. Also I will prepare a good team to manage all PR Events and also Hosting Internal Events and Special Missions.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A. I will make sure to maintain standards of HRT team to train people properly so they will not break any rules in mid Situation and to Maintain Military standards in Roleplay. Also i have been in NG for 8-9 term and i have observed and understood many things that I would like to execute in my term which would enhance the Roleplay experience.
