1) Families is the first gang I joined in the city and in the same chapter I got HC rank because of my high activity daily, I also help the leader in completing weekly challenges and bring some of my friends to Families.

2) I passed with families attak of the capitol (special mession) and we win (clapp Leos) that's why families are closest to my heart and I love it so much because I have a great history with them .

3) I spend a lot of time with families: As a hc in 6 terms, I have a lot of memories in this terms cuz we do a great job and we trace our names in the city.

4) I love the illegal side, I play as a gangster and also as a leo , but my heart goes with the illegal side for me it is the most fun side because we can do a lot of things (we can sell weapons in the black market, we can craft weapons, we can steal money and rob atm's, attack and raid the fz , we can rob the store, we can steal vehicles...)





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) I can improve the roleplay by inviting the maximum number of players (over 5y) and hiring the best turfers in the city to clap the leos in the events every time and make everyone afraid of families and now that we are the most criminals we are not joking or joking.

2) I will give the players a day plan (I will allocate time for each activity like Robery of store 20/10/2025, 22:00 and we will go to the ghetto clap at 22:30) every day so that we are prepared for anything .

3) I will send messages in the DC chat before each event to remind my members and allow them to fly into the city and come to MP to win the event easily .

4) ill try to use (/me , /try , /do , /todo) in every rp situation .

I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

2.1 I have spent most of my time on the crime side of the city and gained a lot of experience. I was the leader of Marabunta in the past and also served as a deputy for various illegal organizations. I learned exactly how to handle tough situations and help my members. I want to use all this experience to lead Families and make it the most feared gang in the ghetto.


2.2 I think Families has a great headquarters near the ghetto which is perfect for doing lots of activities like robberies and hostage situations. There have been some really great leaders for Families in the past who made the gang really strong and I want to step up and reach that same level. My goal is to continue their good work make it the most active gang in the city and keep the ghetto green with our sprays.


2.3 I've seen that gangs lately are very inactive. When I become the leader, I will make sure we dominate the ghetto do our weekly tasks as fast as possible I also want to make sure every member gets a fair chance to experience good RP I already have a team of highly responsible deputies ready who will help me run the gang and maintain professionalism in all situations.

3.1 I will not show any favoritism and I won't allow any toxicity at any cost I will maintain professionalism in all situations.


3.2 I will only invite players who have some previous experience in illegal organizations Before inviting them I will ask basic rule questions so they don't break any rules during our activities.


3.3 I have seen members not getting their bonuses on time in other gangs. During my term I will make sure I give good bonuses right on time to my units for their hard work.


3.4 I am going to try my best to do 100% turf and graffiti I will host activities on a daily basis like FZ raids, store robberies and gang raids to make sure we are the most active gang.

4) A few months ago, I was the leader of the Bloods gang, and I led it to become the most active gang in the city—the best at everything. Now I want to take over the leadership of the Families gang. I'm a big fan of their headquarters, and I have a long history with them in GTA V. Now that I'm free, I can give all my time to the Families and make them the most dangerous gang.

1) I will try to add new things to this server that no one has ever done before, such as carrying out hostage situations in new locations, with a dramatic storyline before each one. I will strive to ensure the safety of all my members and their release without imprisonment. I will bribe corrupt officers, I will fight law enforcement, and I will do everything in my power for the freedom of my members, making everyone want to join my gang.

2) I will make a weekly plan each week (ill send it on families discord server) so that I can inform my members about the events and activities we will be doing during the week, and what we can do as a group, which will make them prepared for everything and give them a clear idea.

3) I will participate in every activity, wherever and whenever, from the first day of my term until the last day, because I have many goals, and I will do my best to achieve them until the last second of my term.

4) I have consistently seen problems with the leaders of organizations, and this has led to negative behaviors on the server, making new players dislike the server very much. Therefore, I will be the person who does not behave negatively towards anyone, and I will do my job quietly.

5) Will make sure to all players dont break server rules and be most respected organization on city , with improbing bes bonus system in the city .

6) I didn't see any gangs showing activities at night, which kept the server quiet and the ghetto empty. As for me I'm from Morocco and have the same time zone as the server, so I can be active all day and even at night.

Recently i was the deputy of The Families, so now I think I am ready to be a leader of this organization because i was preparing myself for being a leader and working hard to keep the term active through every single events.

b) Only people who knows the basic city rules will be hired, which will lead the roleplay to a better path without any warnings. And favoritism won't be tolerated. c) I observed the whole gang system and learned every single thing which is necessary to run the org. I also learned to be cautious about rule break and other stuffs

b) Most active people will be hired especially for events in order to increase activity and make roleplay better
c) Those who will attend event will be rewarded with good bonuses. it will inspire others to join and make money beside having fun.
d) Proper interview will be taken for higher rank.
e) I will make sure during my term to maintain the activity at its peak so that gang members feel more supported to continue their journey in the gang.

-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the The Families because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to go for it because of its popularity but now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.



-->Second, by understanding both the viewpoints of a Leo attending a robbery or other event and that of a gang member, I am able to make my events "maximum" in terms of success rate because I will essentially know what the next course of action is for Leos.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.



since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make The Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

2. And I will host every event of the gang so that the gang will be active and then gang members will also enjoy the events of gang . Events like gun store, store , gang raid , FZ raid etc . The more activity we do that much role play level we can increase .

The most important thing for improving the role play level most of the member of gang will not follow the proper RP rules and gang rules so I will make sure that they know everything about rules of gang and RP rules so that they can enjoy the role play easily and increase the level of the role play by being real .

2.1 I want to become the leader of The Families because I believe I have the required experience, leadership skills and knowledge to manage and develop the organization in a proper way.

2.2 I have been in Los Santos for a long time and experienced both legal and illegal sides of roleplay. I have been part of criminal organizations such as Ballas and Vagos where I gained knowledge about gang structure, turf control and criminal roleplay. I also held high positions in legal organizations including National Guard Director General, USSS Deputy Director, DOC and DHS which taught me discipline, leadership, and how to manage people under pressure.

2.3 With this experience, I believe I can build The Families into an active and well organized organization with strong structure and good roleplay quality.


2.4 From my experience I learned that teamwork, communication and discipline are the most important parts of any successful organization.
